We want you to love your artifact. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests within 30 days of your delivery date.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items showing any visible signs of wear, use, scent, or customer-inflicted damage are not eligible for a refund.

  • Custom objects or specified final sale gear cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Send an email to your support link or contact portal at lusidworld.com with your original order number and reason for return.

  2. Once verified, our team will supply you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Pack your items securely and drop them off at the assigned shipping carrier.

Refund processing: Once we receive and check your item, we will notify you if it is approved. Approved refunds are wired back to your original payment method automatically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank setup.
